The JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is a beautiful upscale hotel with immaculate facilities and a range of dining options. The staff is attentive and always eager to enhance the guest experience. However, my stay had a hiccup as I found myself at Canyon Villas rather than the expected resort, which felt misleading. The pool areas are lovely and inviting, but the value of my stay was affected by the confusion over reservations.
